What is the order processing timeline?

After we receive your order, we work with our fulfillment teams to immediately ship the order. In most cases, orders are processed within a few hours of being placed.

Total shipment time varies depending on the specific product, with the average processing and shipment time being between 8 and 25 days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5 business days to process.

After purchase you will be emailed a confirmation email, and a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order on our website.

It may take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

Unfortunately we do not offer expedited shipping at this time as our prices include the shipping and handling costs for our products.
