COVID-19 Update (Resting Angels)

Hello,

I trust you are staying safe with your family at this time. This is to provide an update on how we are managing with Covid-19. We are still in operation and yes any order you place with us will be produced and shipped. We are however experiencing some delays on certain orders.

To provide more information at this time, you may be aware our main warehouse is in New Jersey, USA and this area has not been spared from the virus. For the safety of our employees and to keep our staff working at this time, we have taken some measures which are slowing production. 

Here are some of the actions we have taken:
1. We are operating with reduced 'at-will' staff, observing social distancing and all the other guidelines provided by the CDC. We have not laid off any of our valued employees.
2. We have separated fulfillment and shipping teams to minimize contact between the various teams. Breaks and gathering have also been staggered.
3. All products are cleaned and disinfected twice before being shipped. The orders are cleaned and disinfected after being produced, and again after passing our Quality team before being shipped.

Although this slows production, it ensures the final product is safe for you and/or your intended recipient. Safety is our top-most priority at this time.
