This is my 3rd charm in 6 years and I absolutely love them. My son died 6 years ago and a friend gave me this necklace, I wear it 24/7, so it is well used. The picture in the first charm faded some or at least I thought so. The acrylic heart and photo came off the back of the second one, so I replaced it. I love having a picture of my son with me all of the time, so it doesn’t bother me to replace it. I feel that the price is reasonable and shipping is quick. I have and will recommend this to others.
